Bra Size Calculator
Are you wearing the right size bra? According to Bravissimo 6 out of 10 women who currently wear a C cup size bra should be wearing a D Cup. Find out if you're wearing the right size bra using our Bra Size Calculator. To work out your correct bra size we just need two measurements, under your bust and your bust measurement.
Under Your Bust.
In inches take a measurement right underneath your bust making sure the tape is not too tight and not too loose and that the tape measure is straight across your back and enter the measurement in the field below.
Now take a measurement around the fullest part of your bust again making sure the tape is not too tight and not too loose and that the tape measure is straight across your back and enter the measurement in the field below.
How your bra size is calculated.
To measure your bra size fist we calculate the band size also known as the back size. If the under bust measurement is an odd number, 5 inches is added and if it's even, 4 inches are added. So, if the under bust is 31 inches your band size is 36 inches and if the under bust is 32 inches the band size is 36 inches.
Then to get the cup size we subtract the band size from the bust measurement. If the difference is plus 1 inch the cup size is a B cup plus 2 inches C cup and so on.
